For Garnishing

  • Handful finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  • 1/4 fresh cream.

Instructions

Step 1 chop the veggies

Final Step or Step 3 Add Paneer in the Gravy

Now, heat the leftover gheeor oil in another pan shd add the ground sauce in it alongside add all the dry masala red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala powder.

Bring it to a boil (add water if required) until the gravy thickens. Then add milk, cook for 2 minutes and add paneer cubes. Cook for another 5- 10 minutes until the paneer softens.

Once the Delicious Shahi Paneer is cooked then garnish it with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and add some fresh cream. This won't just make your dish look tantalizing and yet it will add on to the taste.

Serve hot with roomali roti or naan and appreciate!
